Somatus is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the multi-year planning process and deliver strategic insights that shape long-term decisions. You will partner with executives to build forward-looking models and capital allocation strategies, driving sustainable growth.

The role requires strong financial acumen, advanced modeling, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership and the Board.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience in long-range planning or strategic financial planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of the company's long-range financial plan (3–5+ years).
• Partner with senior leadership to align financial plans with corporate strategy.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to assess growth opportunities and scenarios.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities.
