symplr is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team in the United States. You will own consolidated financial modeling, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate driver inputs into actionable company-wide insights.

The role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and clear executive storytelling of revenue, margin, and expense dynamics. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or related analytics, experience with SaaS metrics, and proficiency in Adaptive and Power BI.

Qualifications

5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance or related analytics.
Experience building/maintaining consolidated P&L forecasts and models.
Experience consolidating inputs from multiple functions or units.
Experience supporting budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and scenario planning.
Experience defining or governing company-level metrics.
Experience FP&A support to business leaders.
Experience in SaaS or subscription business preferred.
Experience in PE-backed environment preferred.
Familiarity with planning systems (Adaptive) and BI tools (Power BI).
Experience with ERP/CRM data sources.

Responsabilités

Own and improve consolidated financial model across revenue, margins, OPEX, and EBITDA.
Partner with FBP teams to consolidate functional forecasts and models.
Maintain links among models, P&L, actuals, and executive reporting.
Develop scenario analyses translating drivers into outcomes.
Support Monthly Reporting Package and executive reporting with KPI insights.
Analyze department variances and connect explanations to financial impact.
Document governance, tracking, and automate consolidations and reporting.
Present findings and recommendations to FP&A leadership.
