symplr is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will own the consolidated financial model and metrics framework across the enterprise. You will partner with FP&A teams supporting Sales, GTM, Product, R&D, and Enterprise Functions to deliver unified outlooks and actionable insights.

You will lead scenario analyses, validate assumptions, and drive governance of key financial metrics while supporting executive reporting and strategic decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• At least five years of FP&A, corporate finance, financial modeling, or similar analytical role.
• Experience building or maintaining consolidated P&L forecasts and financial models.
• Experience consolidating inputs across functions, business units, or operating models.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve the consolidated financial model across revenue, gross margin, OPEX, EBITDA, and other key results.
• Consolidate forecasts and models for multiple functions (revenue, Product, R&D, G&A).
• Maintain links among functional models, P&L, and executive reporting; resolve variances with Accounting.
• Develop company-wide scenarios and sensitivity analyses for strategic guidance.
• Define and govern company-wide financial and operating metrics.
• Support monthly and executive reporting with validated model outputs and KPI reporting.
