Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, financial leadership, or related experience.
• 4+ years in FP&A or Controller role with responsibility for systems and reporting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and capital decisions.
• Analyze performance and provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate financial data for materiality, risk, and corrective actions with independent judgment.
• Own KPI reporting framework and ensure timely, accurate reporting for leadership.
