Job summary

IRCA Group USA LLC, based in Duluth, GA, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis across the Americas. You will partner with Commercial, Operations, Procurement and Accounting, driving insights to support pricing, sourcing and investments.

This is an on-site role reporting to the Director of FP&A. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A or related finance roles within manufacturing or ingredients, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• 3+ years in FP&A, commercial finance or cost accounting, ideally in manufacturing, food or ingredients.
• Cost accounting and variance analysis: building and analyzing multi-site P&Ls.
• Profitability and pricing analysis for product- and customer-level decisions.
• Forecasting and budgeting experience with cross-functional coordination.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; Power BI and ERP exposure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence across levels.
• Languages: Italian or Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead bottom-up annual budget, interim forecasts and monthly outlooks for the Americas.
• Perform variance analysis and synthesize insights for management.
• Present monthly results to leadership and Board, support M&A integration.
• Automate data flows and build recurring reporting processes.
• Build SKU and customer profitability models linking revenue, costs and margins.
• Assess supplier costs and track margin leakage; support pricing decisions.
• Ensure reporting integrity by mapping GL accounts and cost centers.
