Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• FP&A experience in a global manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and the financial drivers.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models to evaluate performance and future expectations.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and explain variances.
• Partner with manufacturing leaders to understand key drivers.
• Evaluate revenue, margins, costs, and performance indicators.
• Prepare recurring reporting and communicate insights to leadership.
• Support FP&A across multiple locations and business units.
• Consolidate financial information and ensure consistency in reporting.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses for decision-making.
• Assist with profitability analysis across products, customers, and markets.
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with accounting to understand results and reporting.
• Support capital investment analysis and evaluate financial impact.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting and reporting processes.
• Participate in finance systems and process improvement initiatives.
