Repligen Corporation in Waltham, MA is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. You will partner with leaders across the organization to transform data into actionable insights, maintain forecasts, and contribute to long-range planning.

This role combines corporate FP&A, reporting and analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with SAP, Excel, and other tools, support budgeting, consolidate forecasts, and prepare

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Support elements of the annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Assist global consolidation and validation of forecasts with management insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
• Assist earnings preparation with analyses and materials for leadership review.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality of financial data.
• Partner with leaders to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Build partnerships across Finance, Operations, R&D, and Commercial.
