The role requires deep experience in DTC, subscriptions, retail, and wholesale, strong modeling skills, and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth CPG/ecommerce.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with omnichannel models: DTC, subscriptions, retail/wholesale.
• Ability to translate metrics into financial performance for execs.
• MBA or related degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and monthly FP&A processes.
• Build and maintain financial models across DTC, subscription, retail, wholesale, and omnichannel revenue streams.
• Develop and monitor CAC, LTV, retention, churn, contribution margin, and cohort metrics.
• Partner with Marketing and Growth to evaluate channel ROI and unit economics.
• Analyze subscription performance and customer cohorts for growth.
• Collaborate with Sales/Commercial on pricing, promotions, and channel profitability.
• Create scenario analyses for new product launches and market expansion.
• Provide executives with clear insights into performance, risks, and trends.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for real-time business health.
• Lead monthly reviews and align finance with strategic initiatives.
• Build scalable FP&A processes and reporting infrastructure.
• Support fundraising, M&A, and corporate development; mentor FP&A team.
