Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an experienced FP&A professional in Wisconsin to support a team and shape financial decisions across a brand portfolio. You will provide decision support, financial analysis, and strong financial controls to enable clear, confident business operations.

In this role you’ll partner with brand management on budgets, forecasts, pricing analytics and scenario modeling, manage working capital, and contribute to strategic planning and cost-improvement initiatives across functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant business field.
• 7+ years of directly related experience, or Master’s with 5+ years.
• US work authorization without sponsorship required.
• Experience in cost management and marketing/strategic business issues.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across levels of the org.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand management to prepare budgets and forecasts, targeting sales, share and profit.
• Perform complex finance activities including monthly/adhoc analysis, pricing analytics, and scenario modeling.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly and year-end financial statements.
• Provide ROI analytics and trade-off analysis of marketing spend.
• Advise brand management on planned and executed marketing programs and new product launches.
• Manage Net Working Capital (NWC) via Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP).
• Drive Delivered Profit through cross-functional cost savings initiatives.
