Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead the G&A FP&A team, partnering with Finance, Legal, People/HR, and IT to own planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will drive headcount planning, budgeting, and actuals reconciliation, and deliver insightful dashboards to executives.

You will mentor analysts, modernize planning tools (Pigment), and champion AI-enabled analytics in a fast-paced environment. Flexible remote or hybrid options in Austin, NY, or Dublin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics; MBA a plus.
• 6+ years of FP&A or finance experience, with mentoring/team lead experience.
• Expert in financial modeling, Google Suite, Excel, and Pigment.
• Strong relationships with business partners at all levels; able to manage stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts for a world-class G&A FP&A function.
• Partner with G&A leaders across Finance, Legal, People/HR, and IT on plans and initiatives.
• Own G&A forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, and actuals-to-plan reconciliation.
• Develop reporting for senior management, including CFO, CIO, and other executives.
• Modernize planning tools and automate processes, including Pigment usage; promote AI-driven analytics.
• Oversee month-end close activities for G&A and align workforce planning with HR.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to ensure leadership teams have aligned headcount planning.
