Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the U.S. Finance team, supporting Arby’s and related brands.

You will own P&L areas, drive forecasting, budgeting, and insightful variance analyses, partnering with Marketing, Operations, and Shared Services to improve reporting and decision-making. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel and data visualization skills, and a proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or related experience.
• CPA is a plus but not required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, franchise, or multi-unit environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own designated areas of the P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and month-end reporting.
• Support the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare and distribute recurring financial reporting packages and management presentations.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage expense forecasting and reporting for G&A functions with business leaders.
