Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to own the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts, reporting to the Corporate and Technology Divisional CFO. You will advise the C-suite with scenario analyses, capital allocation insights, and board-ready presentations.

You will lead a multi-level FP&A team, build robust models and dashboards, own the budget process, and champion modern planning tools and AI analytics to boost strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience including 5+ years leading FP&A at a public or high-growth tech company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing multi-level finance teams with rigor and curiosity.
• Deep expertise in long-range planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation.
• Strong communication with C-suite and investors; experience influencing board discussions.
• SaaS/enterprise tech at $1B+ revenue scale; familiarity with board reporting and earnings.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle (LRP, AOP, quarterly forecasts) aligned to strategy.
• Translate strategy into analytic frameworks, reporting structures, and tactical plans.
• Serve as senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation insights.
• Lead board-level presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations support.
• Build and maintain financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Own the enterprise budget process end-to-end and drive accountability across units.
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization and promote continuous improvement.
• Champion modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics.
