Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support the F-35 program's financial planning, forecasting, and long-range analysis. You will partner with Business Management, Accounting, and Global Supply Chain to align forecasts with current assumptions and business conditions.

Responsibilities include preparing multi-year projections, detailed variance analysis, and executive-ready financial materials, with a focus on improved FP&A processes and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above or 5 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze financial data.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, consolidation, and analysis of forecasts for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash.
• Lead or support monthly financial outlooks, including variance analysis and drivers.
• Develop multi-year projections for Long Range Planning (LRP) and validate assumptions.
• Prepare executive-level materials communicating financial performance clearly.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain to reflect current conditions.
• Drive process improvements in FP&A tooling, reporting, and analytics.
