Lockheed Martin's F-35 Production Finance Manager will lead a team of finance professionals across production and production support functions, driving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and EAC updates. Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring a Program Finance team.
• Experience with EVM guidelines and implementation.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools (SAP, Cobra, Compass, Open Plan).
• Proficient in Excel, pivot tables and large data sets.
• U.S. citizenship; eligibility for government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day management of Program Finance personnel.
• Provide guidance to Control Account Managers on business and financial processes.
• Ensure uniform application and compliance of financial policies and procedures.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and EAC.
• Develop data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses to inform finance strategy.
• Conduct risk and opportunity assessments; develop mitigation plans.
• Consolidate data from multiple financial systems to produce actionable recommendations.
• Ensure budget baselines, risk management, and change‑control procedures for contracts.
• Maintain integration between cost and schedule systems and EAC.
• Support CAMs in root cause, variance explanations, and EAC updates.
• Operate across multiple contracts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be a US Citizen; facility requires special access.
