Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a finance professional to perform comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, including variance analysis and workforce planning drivers. The role consolidates data from multiple systems to produce actionable business insights and supports government contractual cost and schedule reporting.

The candidate will develop forward-looking analytics, deliver recommendations to key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with FAR/CAS/SEC/US GAAP policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy

Responsibilities

• Performs financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, including variance analysis and trend identification.
• Consolidates financial results across multiple systems for internal and external reporting.
• Develops forward-looking data analytics and provides actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
