Akumin is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead executive communications and strategic reporting, translating complex financial data into clear narratives for the C-suite and Board. This role partners with finance and other leaders to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual packages, develop dashboards, and drive insights that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, or FP&A with 2+ years in executive communications or similar role.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and data visualization skills with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive communications, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual executive reporting packages.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources into cohesive executive summaries.
• Provide strategic recommendations to drive operational efficiency and business performance.
• Mentor team members on executive communication skills and presentation development.
