Job summary

Akumin is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead executive communications and strategic reporting. The role partners with finance and executive leadership to translate complex financial data into clear narratives and presentations for high-level decision making.

Based in the United States, this position offers growth in leadership responsibilities and a visible impact on company strategy, with a base salary up to $130,000 and a performance bonus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial reporting, corporate finance, or FP&A with 2+ years in executive communications.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and data visualization skills with BI tools.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting system proficiency.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and ability to translate numbers into narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive communications, reports, and strategic initiatives.
• Translate performance data into executive-ready narratives and visuals.
• Prepare management reporting packages integrating financial and operational metrics.
• Create dashboards and scorecards for C-suite decision making.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual executive reporting packages.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources and provide strategic recommendations.
• Present findings to senior leadership and board committees.
