Job summary

This high-impact, hands-on role operates fully remotely, collaborating daily with Clinical Operations, R&D, Accounting and G&A. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in biotech or pharma FP&A, advanced modeling in Excel, US GAAP expertise, and experience supporting public company reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, biotech/pharma preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel with ownership of forecasts.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, accruals and R&D expense recognition.
• Experience supporting a public company reporting cycle and SEC filings.
• Strong cross-functional influence and executive communication.
• Comfort working in a small, fully remote organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, quarterly reforecast and long-range plan.
• Maintain cash runway and burn-rate models for internal and external disclosures.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to forecast program spend and cash outflow.
• Support headcount and personnel cost planning, including stock inputs.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for leadership.
