Krispy Kreme in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Senior Manager of US FP&A to lead long-range planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasting while transforming financial insights with automation and AI.

This role champions OneStream and Power BI, builds driver-based models, and partners with Finance, Technology, Data, Investor Relations, and Operations to drive data-driven decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive Finance experience, including ≥3 years in FP&A leading planning and forecasting.
• Proven ability to build advanced, integrated financial models that drive strategic insights.
• Strong interest/experience in leveraging AI, automation, and analytics within FP&A.
• Strategic thinker with leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. segment long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting.
• Oversee consolidated reporting and performance analysis for senior leadership.
• Develop driver-based models integrating P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Modernize FP&A processes and data architecture using automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with Global FP&A, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operations.
