Krispy Kreme is seeking a Financial Analyst, International Finance to support global franchise reporting, royalty collections, and data-driven insights. You will partner across franchise teams and finance leaders to ensure timely, accurate submissions and robust dashboards.

The role focuses on process improvement, data validation, and multi-system reporting while collaborating with cross-functional partners across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, analysis, and business performance management.
• Multi-location and/or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) franchise experience preferred.
• Experience working with financial data from multiple systems or supporting BI initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly collection, consolidation, and validation of financial reporting from International Franchise partners.
• Partner with franchise business teams and international finance leaders to ensure timely, accurate reporting submissions.
• Monitor franchise reporting compliance and support royalty and receivable collection efforts.
• Maintain accuracy of financial reporting databases and prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Assist with variance analysis and provide insights into franchise financial performance and trends.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, budgeting, forecasting, and other planning activities for International Finance.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Franchise Operations, Legal, Commercial, and other teams to resolve issues and support enterprise reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate recurring activities, and increase efficiency.
• Support data validation, reporting enhancements, and analytical projects across multiple systems.
• Support special projects and ad hoc analyses with global stakeholders across time zones.
