Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking a Manager, FP&A for PLK US&C to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

You will partner with Operations, Marketing, Development, Brand Finance, and corporate functions to translate financial results into strategic actions. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and leveraging AI, automation, and tools like Python, SQL, and Power BI to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or related analytical finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; MBA a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis capabilities.
• Experience with AI tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle FP&A planning for PLK US&C, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting with variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand business drivers and provide financial perspectives.
• Translate data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior executives.
• Lead deep-dive analyses and ad hoc projects to address ambiguous questions and opportunities.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve FP&A processes and tooling.
