Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst – Logistics & Fresh Delivery in Charlotte to partner with Logistics, Production, Operations and Fresh Delivery leadership. You will own budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for the fresh distribution network and develop advanced models for route optimization and capacity planning.

You will provide executive-ready insights, influence delivery models and fleet strategy, and support growth initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, finance, or analytical roles.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Expert-level Excel; experience with BI tools and large datasets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Experience in fresh food, QSR, bakery, or other time-sensitive distribution environments preferred.
• Experience supporting route-based distribution, last-mile delivery, or company-owned fleets a plus.
• ERP and operational systems experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for fresh logistics and fresh delivery operations.
• Lead monthly forecasting and close support, including complex accruals and variance explanations.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for route optimization, capacity planning, delivery frequency, and volume scenarios.
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with systems and data teams to enhance visibility into route-level economics.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives with significant financial impact.
