This build-and-transform role partners with senior leadership to modernize planning, forecasting, and decision-making with a retail focus and AI-enabled finance capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A, strong retail economics understanding, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, operational finance, or related roles with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with strong alignment to operations.
• Partner with merchandising, operations, technology, and servicing leaders to provide real-time insight.
• Drive unit economics visibility, margins, and KPIs; translate insights into actions.
• Build and modernize forecasting models and dashboards tied to business drivers.
• Lead adoption of AI and automation across FP&A to streamline recurring work and enable higher-value analysis.
• Set vision for AI-forward finance by identifying high-value use cases and practical workflows.
• Support scenario planning and investment analysis to weigh trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Accounting and central PROG finance teams for data accuracy.
• Develop scalable processes balancing structure with agility as the business grows.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
