The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A, retail experience, strong modeling skills, and the ability to influence operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A or related roles with leadership experience.
• Retail experience with unit economics, gross margin, merchandising.
• Ability to influence operational decisions and partner with leaders.
• Strong modeling and forecasting; connect finances to strategy.
• Excellent communication, executive-ready storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, and budgeting with operational alignment.
• Partner with merchandising, operations, technology, and servicing leaders.
• Build forecasting models, dashboards tied to business drivers.
• Drive AI adoption and scalable FP&A processes.
