Job summary

Purchasing Power, a PROG Holdings company, located in Atlanta, seeks a Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A transformation. The role combines retail finance expertise with AI-enabled planning to modernize how the business forecasts, budgets, and decides.

You will partner with merchandising, operations, technology, and servicing leaders, build scalable processes, mentor a high-performing team, and translate data into executive-ready insights that drive margins and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA or professional certification such as CPA or CFA preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or Workday.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytics capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for Purchasing Power across planning, forecasting and budgeting.
• Partner with merchandising, operations, technology and servicing leaders.
• Develop forecasting models and dashboards tied to business drivers.
• Drive unit economics visibility and actionable insights.
• Lead AI-enabled finance initiatives and automation across FP&A.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
• Align financial data with accounting and PROG finance teams.
• Support scenario planning and investment analysis.
