Purchasing Power, LLC seeks a Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A for a growing retail-focused business. The role partners with senior leaders across merchandising, operations, technology, and servicing to modernize planning, forecasting, and decision support with a data-driven, AI-enabled approach.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A, deep retail knowledge, and strong modeling; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience, with leadership
• Proven retail experience; strong understanding of unit economics and margins
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven storytelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable in fast-growth environments
• Hands-on with ERP systems (Oracle/Workday); strong Excel skills
• Experience with SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and data tooling is valued

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with operational alignment
• Partner with merchandising, operations, technology, and servicing leaders for insights
• Analyze unit economics, margins, cohorts, and KPIs; translate to actions
• Develop and modernize forecasting models and dashboards tied to business drivers
• Drive AI adoption to streamline recurring FP&A work and improve analysis
• Define AI-forward finance vision and evaluate tools/workflows
• Support scenario planning and investment analysis for leadership decisions
• Collaborate with Accounting and central PROG finance for data accuracy
• Build scalable FP&A processes for a growing business
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team
