Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC. is seeking a Head of Financial Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across the company. The role oversees the FP&A team and collaborates with department heads to assess performance and plan expenditures.

The successful candidate will direct consolidated forecasts, portfolio and capital planning, and present analyses to the executive team, investors, and board while applying US GAAP and IFRS principles.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting.
• Proven ability to develop consolidated statements and cash-flow forecasts.
• Experience presenting to executive teams, investors, and boards.

Responsibilities

• Direct company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Manage annual budget, reforecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Develop and maintain consolidated income statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow forecasts.
