Confie in the United States seeks a Lead FP&A professional to direct planning, forecasting, and alignment of financial goals for the US Non-Standard Insurance Retail business. This role collaborates with the Senior Dir, FP&A, guiding the team through annual budget cycles, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with in-depth analytics and financial modeling.
• Full P&L budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L and its relation to business decisions.
• Knowledge of Tableau or similar visualization tool.
• Ability to track and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, reporting, and alignment of financial goals for US Non-Standard Insurance Retail business.
• Partner with senior FP&A leaders to develop full P&L forecasts and budgets.
• Provide insights and analytics around business performance for leaders across the company.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting for management.
• Create ad-hoc analyses to drive business strategy and ROI.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end and forecast updates.
