Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a finance professional to lead overhead expenditure analysis within the Legal and Compliance function. You will interact with LC leadership and help develop annual plans and forecasts.

Primary responsibilities include establishing AOP, EAC, and monthly variance analysis, plus creating POs and processing invoices while maintaining controls and compliance. Hybrid work arrangement in the US.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; minimum 8 years relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in a related field; minimum 5 years experience

Responsibilities

• Establish Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Estimate at Completion (EAC); compile monthly variance reporting and analysis.
• Support Forward Pricing Rate Proposals and Incurred Cost Submissions.
• Forecast and manage expenses with Legal across Raytheon Cost Accounting Segments.
• Perform ad-hoc budgeting analyses; maintain historical records and interpret policies.
• Create Purchase Orders; process invoices and approvals; manage IOTs.
• Maintain proper financial controls and ensure compliance.
