Job summary

Raytheon NAM SSBU seeks an experienced financial analyst to lead FP&A for a high-visibility portfolio with ~$1.8B in annual sales. You will partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams to drive cash and earnings improvements and provide insights for strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes forecast accuracy, balance sheet management, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment. DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and minimum 8 years experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with SAP (APEX/PRISM).
• Experience with RPlan or other forecasting tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program manager to manage forecast, balance sheet, and cash needs.
• Oversee SSBU financial activities including BSEC and EOC.
• Manage investments including Capital, New Business Investment, Overhead, Inventory.
• Lead monthly pre-close and close activities with timely reporting.
• Support Long-Range Plan including calendar, growth analysis, risk & opportunity.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and data consistency resolutions.
• Coordinate and analyze balance sheet accounts like Unbilled and Inventory.
