Raytheon Technologies is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for the Radio Frequency Solutions Finance Team within APS. You will collaborate with program area FP&A analysts, business managers, and leadership to drive accurate budgeting and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or math with 8 years of finance experience.
• Experience with FP&A concepts, systems, and processes.
• Experience leading finance teams or activities.
• Experience presenting to senior management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to government systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and tracking of annual capital, NBI, and overhead budgets.
• Prepare and maintain budget information for capital, NBI, and overhead investments.
• Support business case development for inventory investment requests.
• Incorporate inventory build impacts into plans and forecasts.
• Participate in Long-Range Planning and Annual Operating Plan processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning and risk analysis.
• Perform financial analysis and variance analysis.
• Resolve data inconsistencies and reporting issues.
• Generate financial reports using AO, Excel, and BI tools.
• Coordinate with analysts and managers to validate financial data.
• Prepare materials for management reviews and forecasts.
