Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead FP&A budgeting and analysis in support of the Legal and Compliance function. The role requires strong communication with leadership and a deep understanding of cost accounting and indirect expenses.

You will drive AOP, EAC, and monthly variance reporting, while ensuring robust financial controls and compliance. The position is hybrid and US-based, offering exposure to multiple finance leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or advanced degree with relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP, Analysis for Office and Excel; ability to present to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish AOP, EAC, monthly variance reporting and analysis.
• Forecast and manage the expenses within Legal and Compliance portfolio.
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting in support of Raytheon budgets.
• Maintain proper financial controls and compliance.
• Assist with creating Purchase Orders, invoice processing and approvals, IOTs.
