Job summary

RTX's Financial Planning and Analysis team is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead analysis and reporting of overhead expenditures. You will establish the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), the Estimate at Completion (EAC), and provide monthly variance analysis to leaders and LC.

You will partner with Legal to forecast expenses across Raytheon cost accounting segments, perform ad-hoc analyses, ensure proper financial controls, and support budgeting decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years.
• Experience with SAP, Analysis for Office and Microsoft Excel; ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish AOP and EAC; compile monthly variance reports and support FP proposals and IC submissions.
• Coordinate with Legal to forecast and manage expenses across Raytheon cost segments.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support budgets; maintain records and interpret policies.
• Maintain financial controls and compliance; support business needs.
• Assist with PO creation, invoice processing, approvals, and IOTs.
