Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Finance professional to lead planning and reporting for the Legal and Compliance function. You will build budgets, forecast expenses, and deliver timely analyses to leadership.

This role provides exposure to multiple levels of Finance and LC leadership and requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence decisions and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP, Analysis for Office, and Excel; ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and monthly variance reporting and analysis.
• Partner with Legal to forecast and manage expenses within their portfolio across Raytheon Cost Accounting Segments.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support Raytheon budgets, maintain historical records, analyze trends, and interpret policies.
• Ensure proper financial controls and maintain compliance to support business needs.
• Assist with creating Purchase Orders, invoice processing and approvals, IOTs.
