Job summary

Mizuho Financial Group Inc. seeks an AVP for Financial Planning & Analysis focused on expense analytics in New York. You will support IT CXO cost management, implement chargeback frameworks, and improve planning and forecasting processes.

Role requires TBM knowledge, strong communication, and advanced Excel/OneStream skills. Hybrid work arrangements apply, with compensation aligned to market factors and bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years IT divisions with SLA/CCA experience.
• Knowledge of TBM, Regulation W, and cost-allocation modeling preferred.
• Proficiency with OneStream and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Copilot and Claude.

Responsibilities

• Support expense analytics for IT CXO organization and manage chargebacks.
• Review cost allocation models and intercompany allocations; ensure financial impact is accurate.
• Validate SLA framework alignment with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Assist with reporting specifications and automate chargebacks; support budgeting and forecasting processes.
