Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support expense analytics for IT CXO org and manage SLA/CCA.
• Advance IT reporting capabilities and planning/forecasting workflows.
• Review cost allocation models and maintain contracts/agreements.
• Manage intercompany chargebacks and integrate with financial systems.
• Develop and maintain chargeback reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
• Validate SLAs against compliance requirements and assist in defining service levels.
• Monitor service performance and resolution timelines for SLAs.
• Support IT Division reporting specifications and configuration management.
