Mizuho is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional in New York to advance workforce planning capabilities and transform how we forecast and budget our workforce. You will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver insightful reporting and analytics for senior executives.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in budgeting/financial analysis, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate clearly across organization levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business planning, budgeting and/or financial analysis.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to interpret financial information.
• Experience in project planning and management is required.
• Extremely process oriented with ability to design and improve processes.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver timely information to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proactive mindset to contribute to business growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Advance workforce planning capabilities to enhance forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders (front office and corporates) to align analytics with strategy.
• Create management reporting and analysis for senior executives to illuminate performance, expenses and resources.
• Support senior management with clear, concise financial insights for decision making.
