KBR is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A in Houston. This hybrid role leads corporate planning, forecasting and performance reporting for STS, partnering with the CFO and functional leaders to deliver actionable insights across income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.

You will build annual budgets, long-range plans and integrated forecasts, drive process improvements, and lead a dedicated FP&A team to enable strategic decision-making and value creation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Recognised accounting qualification; MBA advantageous.
• At least six years FP&A, finance or accounting experience with team leadership.
• Experience in a complex, global and matrixed organisation.
• Budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis and cash-flow forecasting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and accounting close processes.
• Experience with ERP, consolidation and planning platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-range plans for STS corporate functions.
• Own FP&A planning and reporting calendar; ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Partner with corporate leaders to develop credible plans and identify risks/opportunities.
• Provide analysis of actual vs forecast performance and explain drivers.
• Produce executive-level commentary on performance and required actions.
• Develop integrated forecasts across income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Coordinate consolidation and inputs from FP&A, accounting, IT FP&A and Chennai FP&A.
• Ensure reporting aligns with GL and resolves accounting issues.
• Oversee cost allocations and communicate impact on performance.
• Deliver dashboards and decision-support materials for senior leaders.
• Undertake scenario modelling and ad hoc analysis for strategic decisions.
• Establish controls and review processes over planning data.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and automation.
• Lead, coach and develop the Corporate FP&A team.
