Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, investment banking, or related financial discipline.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes within a corporate FP&A environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Experience presenting analyses and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, analysis, and reporting for corporate functions and business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts using financial models and assumptions.
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analyses, identifying drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with budget owners and stakeholders to develop budgets, evaluate performance, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate performance and trends.
• Assist in enhancing financial models, planning tools, and reporting processes to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial reviews with timely analysis.
• Contribute to Annual Operating Plans, periodic forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Evaluate performance against targets and identify corrective actions.
• Serve as a trusted partner to Accounting and business functions to align plans with strategy.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize planning and reporting processes.
• Provide insights through trend analysis, scenario modeling, and KPIs.
