Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Houston is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst to support planning, forecasting, performance analysis and finance business partnering across corporate functions.

The role is based in Houston at KBR Tower and requires close collaboration with Corporate Accounting to translate results into forecast implications. The analyst will help improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of corporate planning and reporting, and will drive insights, cost optimization, and forward-looking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum two years of FP&A or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to connect actual results to forecasts and business impact.
• Effective written and verbal communication with non-finance stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for corporate functions.
• Provide variance analysis, trend reviews, and scenario modeling.
• Partner with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Treasury to ensure financial integrity.
• Support reporting, allocations, and governance processes.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and data optimization.
