Job summary

KBR is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst to support planning, reporting, and analytical activities. You will collaborate with finance and business partners to enhance planning cycles, reporting capabilities, and automation across the finance function.

The role emphasizes building scalable, data-driven insights, improving processes, and contributing to smarter, automated finance solutions while operating from Houston, DC-Baltimore, or nearby regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field required
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and periodic forecasting processes
• Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and management reporting packages
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assist in developing and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Contribute to the design and improvement of internal financial reporting
• Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable analysis to finance leadership and business partners
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and business decision-making, leveraging automation
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase automation
• Develop automation solutions including RPA, AI, and system integrations
• Partner with Finance and IT to implement smarter, scalable solutions
• Evaluate workflows and drive adoption of advanced technologies
• Assist with implementation and enhancement of financial systems and reporting tools
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders across the organization
