Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related financial discipline.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Experience presenting analyses and recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, consolidation, analysis, and reporting for functions and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts using models and assumptions.
• Perform monthly/quarterly variance analyses to identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to develop budgets and evaluate financial performance.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Assist in enhancing financial models, planning tools, and reporting processes.
