Job summary

Abacum, the leading Business Planning solution for finance teams, seeks a Delivery Lead to own end-to-end implementations from pre-sales through delivery and value realization on the platform.

You will manage customer and partner engagements, align stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methods, templates, and cadences. This role requires strong FP&A knowledge, client-facing skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on FP&A platform implementation.
• Experience scoping projects pre-sale and presenting SOWs to clients.
• Direct experience managing implementations with partners/resellers and direct customers.
• Working knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation).
• Experience with workforce planning use cases is a bonus.
• Track record managing multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream projects.
• Ability to read scope documents and flag risk early.
• Proficiency with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing communication, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Formal PM qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Abacum implementation projects.
• Partner with Sales during pre-sales to scope projects and walk clients through SOW.
• Create project documents, sprint plans, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage implementations delivered via partners and direct to customers.
• Manage scope, risk, and change control with governance processes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders to realize platform value.
• Coordinate with Product, Support, Sales, CS, and partners for a coherent client experience.
• Get hands-on with the product to unblock the team on FP&A concepts.
• Contribute to delivery improvements, templates, sprint cadences, and methodologies.
• Mentor junior team members and partner-side consultants on delivery standards.
