ABM is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision support in a Fortune 500 environment across multiple locations.

You will partner with the CFO team, business unit leaders, Investor Relations, and Accounting to translate financial performance into actionable guidance, drive margin expansion, optimize cash flow, and enable data-driven decisions at the boardroom and field levels.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A leadership.
• 7+ years leading teams in a complex public company environment.
• Experience with project-based or contract-driven financials in relevant industries.

Mansioni

• Lead enterprise and segment budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, integrating top-down targets with bottom-up detail.
• Lead monthly and annual forecasting cycles focusing on project profitability, pipeline health, cash flow, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Industry Group President, CFO team, and executive leadership, translating financial performance into actionable guidance.
