Job summary

GE HealthCare in the United States seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to deliver financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Global Services. You will influence strategic decisions with forecasts, dashboards, and performance metrics across a global services footprint.

Responsibilities include leading operating plans, budgeting, and ROI analyses, partnering with operations, and advancing PowerBI and AI-enabled analytics while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive FP&A experience, preferably within a global services environment.
• Proven ability to build complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and translate insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan.
• Experience developing PowerBI dashboards and applying AI analytics.
• Strong P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow understanding.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global services operating plans, budgets, and forecasts with cross-regional input.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of services performance, identify trends and drivers.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Support business cases with financial modeling, profitability analysis, and ROI.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with operations to translate metrics into financial implications.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
• Participate in cross-functional projects as a financial SME.
• Digitalize key financial reports in PowerBI and apply AI features to analytics.
