Job summary

GE HealthCare in the United States is seeking an Executive - Global PCS FP&A Leader to own all financial planning and reporting for the Patient Care Solutions segment. You will lead a team of seven and partner with PCS leadership to enable decision making, delivering accurate forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.

The role includes preparing earnings materials, leading long-term strategy, and coordinating with regional P&Ls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
• 10+ years of Finance experience (or 7+ years with leadership program).
• Ability to work in a team environment and lead a team.
• Experience with merger & acquisitions and other complex transactions.
• Ability to communicate financial performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ability to automate and create repeatable processes across ERPs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation process for GEHC Earnings, including IR scripts and Q&A materials.
• Partner with Lean Leader to drive Segment Operating Reviews and close reviews.
• Lead 3-year long-term strategy and financial plan for organic growth and margin.
• Lead annual PCS segment budget, coordinate with regions and product P&L on growth targets.
• Support centralized reporting and improve reporting processes through automation.
• Analyze data to provide market comparisons and context for PCS performance.
• Develop reliable monthly/quarterly estimates of orders and EBIT.
• Monitor performance vs. externally communicated guidance and address gaps.
• Provide strategic insights from market trends to inform senior management decisions.
• Lead the professional development of 7-person team.
