Job summary

GE HealthCare in the United States is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst - Global Services to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for GE Precision Healthcare LLC's global services operations. This role delivers forecasts, dashboards, and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.

The position collaborates with regions and functions, builds robust financial models, and applies AI-enabled analytics using PowerBI to drive ROI and business insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within a global services environment.
• Proven ability to build complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify key drivers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan) is required.
• Experience in developing dashboards in PowerBI and application of AI features to analytics.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.
• * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
