Job summary

GE HealthCare in Chicago, IL seeks an Executive - Global PCS FP&A Leader to drive all financial planning and reporting for the Patient Care Solutions segment ($3B global business). You will lead a seven-person team and partner with PCS leadership to enable strategic decision making and long-range planning.

This role owns earnings prep, budget cycles, operating reviews, and investment/capital allocation, with a focus on automating reporting and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance (or graduate of financial leadership program with 7-year experience).
• Demonstrated ability to work in team-environment.
• Proven experience with merger & acquisitions and other complex transactions.
• Ability to communicate financial performance, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ability to build/create new processes that can be automated/repeatable and comfortable navigating ERPs (Hyperion, Essbase, Oracle).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and drive employee development.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation process for GEHC Earnings including IR script, back up materials & Q&A.
• Partner to drive PCS Segment Operating Reviews (SOR) and close reviews.
• Prepare monthly operating review material for PCS long term strategy and financial plan.
• Build detailed analysis and backups for financial reviews.
• Lead annual budget process for the PCS segment and coordinate with regions and product P&L.
