Job summary

OnePayOnePay is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive financial planning and strategic partnering across the organization in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses while guiding decision-making with senior leadership.

You will build sophisticated financial models, integrate AI tools, and collaborate with Accounting and G&A teams to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years in corporate finance, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to provide financial insights to senior leadership.
• Expert in financial modeling with Excel/GSheets and ERP systems.
• Experience integrating AI tools across tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning: lead budgets and forecasts, including headcount and vendor spend.
• Business partnering: advise across teams on financial decisions and performance.
• Expense management: track and optimize costs against budgets.
• Variance analyses: analyze results and communicate insights to improve performance.
• Reporting: deliver regular and ad-hoc CFO-level reports with commentary.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Accounting and other teams to ensure data integrity.
• Financial modeling: build models for scenarios and long-term planning.
• Process improvements and AI integration to boost efficiency.
