Job summary

Payoneer is seeking an FP&A Manager to join the global GTM team. You will fuse advanced financial modeling, finance business partnering, and hands-on data analytics to influence strategy. You will work with data pipelines, transform raw data into decision-ready datasets, and build reporting infrastructure for leaders.

You will partner with the global sales organization, provide analytics, and help sharpen financial policies by bridging data, BI, and high-level finance strategy.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of FP&A, finance business partnering, advanced financial modeling and data analytics in a global public or high-growth environment.
• Education in finance, economics, business, engineering, data analytics or related quantitative field with strong analytical rigor.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI dashboards (Looker/Power BI); Pigment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• ETL: write and optimize SQL queries to extract data for financial analysis.
• Turn numbers into insights by analyzing revenue and OPEX trends.
• Design and maintain automated management reports and BI dashboards for executives.
• Build advanced financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Drive global impact by supporting GTM and FP&A initiatives worldwide.
• Shape long-range forecasts with automated data pulls and cross-functional collaboration.
